Product Description

      Polypropylene, referred to as PP, is a polymer made of propylene by addition polymerization. White waxy material, transparent and light in appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3, flammable, the melting point is 164~170 ° C, the softening is about 155 ° C, and the temperature range is -30 ~ 140 ° C. It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and a variety of organic solvents below 80ºC, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.

   Topilene R530A is a specially designed polypropylene random copolymer that features excellent processabillity and good clarity. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food contact products. Topilene R530A complies with FDA requirements in the code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact. This product passed the US Pharmacopoeia test(USP class VI) as well as the European Pharmacopoeia test(EP 3.1.6) and can be used as a medical purpose. This product also obtained the Chinese Food and Drug Administration approval and it is registered in the FDA Drug Master File list. (DMF No. 21499). It is widely used to Intravenous bottle (EBM) ,Cosmetic container ,Food container.
