Description

Sino pec casting polypropylene (CPP) film materials, are used in the surface and internal layers of CPP film. CPP films produced using these resin are characterized by high transparence, good stiffness, low heat sealing temperature, heat and moisture resistance, good barrier properties, available for printing and recombination adaptability, smooth surface and good steam boiling resistance. The films produced by CPP are homogeneous in thickness and have highly balanced properties.

Applications

CPP is widely used in the production of inner heat-sealing films of laminated films, films for use in vacuum aluminum coating, films for use in high-temperature steam and boiling, packaging films, matt film and metallized films. It is also widely used as the packing for clothing, stationery, food, medicine, cosmetics, textiles, etc.

Polypropylene resin is a non-hazardous goods.Throwing and using sharp tools like hook is strictly forbidden during transportation.Vehicles should be kept clean and dry. it must not be mixed with sand, crushed metal, coal and glass, or toxic, corrosive or flammable materials in transportation. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun or rain.

Product Storage

This product should be stored in a well ventilated, dry, clean warehouse with effective fire protection facilities. It should be kept far away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The storage is strictly prohibited in open air. A rule of storage should be followed. The storage period is not more than 12 months since the date of production.

PP Yarn S1003 PP Homo-Polypropylene with Low Mfi for Extrusion Process      Polypropylene, referred to as PP, is a polymer made of propylene by addition polymerization. White waxy material, transparent and light in appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3, flammable, the melting point is 164~170 ° C, the softening is about 155 ° C, and the temperature range is -30 ~ 140 ° C. It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and a variety of organic solvents below 80ºC, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.
     Polypropylene is a thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance. It is a colorless semi-transparent thermoplastic lightweight general plastic with chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties and good high wear resistance. It is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical equipment, automobiles, bicycles, spare parts, transportation pipes, chemical containers and so on. It is also used for food and medicine packaging.
